Problems found after sign-off usually become the building's cost. Good acceptance does not require deep expertise, only knowing what to ask for and where to measure.

Choose the measuring points yourself, favouring the last outlet of each riser and the top floor. Do not accept reports without numbers or pre-construction drawings.
