How to Identify Which LG TV Models Are Hospitality TV (Hotel TV)?
The most straightforward way is to check the model name of the LG TV. Hospitality TVs typically include the letter H in the model name, such as US660H, UR761H, LT340H, UM767H. The letter H stands for Hotel / Hospitality, which distinguishes these models from Consumer TVs that usually end with other letters such as P or T, or have no clear hotel designation. By checking the product box, quotation, or the label on the back of the TV, you can immediately determine whether the model is a Hotel TV.
Another method is to verify whether the TV supports LG Pro:Centric. LG Hospitality TVs clearly specify support such as Pro:Centric Ready, Pro:Centric V, or Pro:Centric Direct / Cloud Supported in the official datasheet or product page from LG Electronics. In contrast, Consumer TVs do not support Pro:Centric and cannot enable Hospitality Mode at all.
If you have the opportunity to power on the TV, you can check through the internal menu. Hospitality TVs include a Hotel Mode / Installer Menu, a special configuration menu that is not accessible to general users. This menu is used for hotel-specific settings such as locking default volume, channels, and input sources, resetting the TV status, and enabling Pro:Centric. These functions are not available on standard Consumer TVs.
Another important indicator is the hardware and enterprise-grade design. LG Hospitality TVs are built for commercial use, supporting long continuous operation and centralized control. Many models also feature Conformal Coating on circuit boards to withstand humidity and harsh hotel or resort environments. These specifications are clearly stated in the datasheet and are not found in Consumer TVs.
When checking LGs website or product documentation, Hospitality TVs are categorized under Commercial TV, Hotel TV, or Hospitality TVnot under Home TV. The descriptions consistently mention Hotel Mode, Pro:Centric, PMS/HMS integration, or hospitality features. If the content focuses only on picture quality, sound, gaming, or home entertainment without any hotel context, the product is most likely a Consumer TV.
In simple terms, LG Hospitality TVs are designed as public-use devices from the model name and configuration menus to supported software and hardware architecture. If a TV does not have Hotel Mode, does not support Pro:Centric, and is not classified as a Commercial TV, it should not be considered a Hospitality TVeven if it looks similar on the outside.
